Offerings

I can offer 1 to 1 yoga classes, corporate yoga, group classes and private parties, see below for more info and feel free to reach out to me with any queries.

A private yoga class just for you. I can host this in a lovely cosy studio in Belfast or I can come to your home. The class can be a one-off or a series of classes if there is anything in particular you would like to work on (e.g. tight hips, stress release, shoulder mobility - and more!). Get in touch with me for a complimentary chat to see if I would be a good fit for your needs.
I am experienced in delivering workplace and community wellness programmes which can be a one-off or a series of weekly / monthly classes for your organisation. I can also work with you to develop wellbeing days to include yoga, breathwork and mindfulness.
I offer 2 regular classes per week at the moment on a Monday. 12.30-1.15pm at The Den on Malone Road, and 7-8pm at Abbey Studios in Bangor. I am also available to cover classes (early mornings, lunchtime and evenings) and currently cover in Yoga Quarter, Queen’s Sport, The Den and Align.
Bespoke packages for birthday parties, hens or wedding days. I can come to you or we can use a studio in Belfast. The ‘wedding day’ offering would be an early morning yoga practice to ground you and your bridal party before the big day unfolds. Get in touch with me to find out more!
